[tex-k] make test fails for devnag and lcdf-typetools

Building texlive from svn r41574 fails in `make test' for
devnag and lcdf-typetools. (test-suite.log attached)
My environment: OS X 10.7.5 x86_64-apple-darwin11.4.2
